Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Clipno. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Clipno is a tool that lets you save articles, posts, conversations, and other web content directly into your own Notion workspace from iOS, Android, the web, and a browser extension.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, we will notify you in advance.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in (Apple, Google, GitHub, or email) and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required to consent to processing of personal data in your country, whichever is higher.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will permanently remove your account, subscription record, and Notion authorization within 7 days.
3. Clipno Pro Subscription
Clipno offers a paid subscription called Clipno Pro. The subscription unlocks unlimited clips, cross-device sync, AI tag-matching, and priority support.
Auto-renewal
Clipno Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage and cancel
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time from your platform’s account settings:
• iOS — Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
• Web plan — clipno.app/dashboard
Refunds
Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google. Refund requests for those subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Web subscriptions purchased through Stripe are refundable within 14 days of the most recent charge by emailing us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clipno to:
- Violate any law or third party right, including intellectual property rights of the content you clip.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account.
- Send abusive, fraudulent, or automated traffic that interferes with the service.
5. Your Content
The content you clip remains yours. Clipno does not persist clip content on our servers — clipped pages are streamed from our extraction service directly into your Notion workspace. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and store the content you clip.
6. Disclaimers and Limits
Clipno is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipno and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising out of your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using Clipno at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Clipno after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
